What is a Longaberger Home Consultant?

Do I need a Longaberger Home Consultant?

Connecting with a Longaberger Home Consultant is the best way to be sure you have someone who will keep you in the know with all the latest information on new products and specials, and provide you with Customer Service when you need help with your order. Your Home Consultant is your connection to everything you need from Longaberger.

How do I contact my Longaberger Home Consultant?

When you receive an order confirmation, your Home Consultant’s name, address, phone number, and e-mail are included in the e-mail confirmation. Contact your Home Consultant by the preferred method you have agreed on. When you are placing your order, always be sure to look on your Final Checkout page and make sure your Home Consultant’s name is listed to get credit for your order.

How do I find my Longaberger Home Consultant’s web site?

How To Shop Online

How do I find my Longaberger Home Consultant’s web site?

When you have your Home Consultant’s web address make sure you type it into the Address line on your Internet Explorer. Do not type it into a Search field as this may not take you to your Home Consultant. The Longaberger Company websites are best viewed using Internet Explorer or Firefox.

How do I know I am on my Home Consultant’s web site?

Look for your Home Consultant’s name in the upper left hand portion of the screen. Also, many of our Home Consultants have customized their sites and have their pictures, look for your Home Consultant when you arrive on their site. When you make a purchase, look for your Home Consultant’s name on the Final Checkout page.

Do I need an account to shop?

No, you can use the Quick Checkout process, but we recommend that you set up an account. Setting up an account provides you with many benefits. Each time you shop you simply log in and your information is ready when you check out. No need to fill out the information every time. Make sure you are on your Home Consultant’s web site when you set up your account and you will be sure they always receive credit for your orders.

How do I find the products I am looking for?

There are many ways:

  • Product Categories on the left side of the screen
  • Shop from our WishList® and current flyer on the right side of the screen
  • If you have a copy of the WishList or flyer, go directly to the Shopping Basket and enter the Product Number into Quick Add

How do I make changes to my Shopping Basket?

First go to your Shopping Basket, then:

  • You can clear the entire basket by clicking on Empty Basket on the lower left hand side of the screen.
  • If you need to the change the quantity of an item, click on Edit on the far right beside that item, enter the new quantity and click Update.
  • If you want to remove an item from the cart, click on Edit on the far right beside that item, click on remove, click OK to remove item from cart.

How do I check out?

From the Shopping Basket click on Checkout.
On the next screen you have the option to Login, create a New Account, or Checkout without an account.

  • If you already have an account, login
  • If you are new, we suggest you create an account for easy shopping on your next visit. For additional information see Do I need an account to shop?
  • You do have the option to choose Checkout without an account. No information is stored. You will not be able to log back in to review any information in the future.

How do I pay for my order?

Orders must be paid for when placed.
Visa and MasterCard are accepted.

What are my shipping options?

Your Account

Do I need an account?

You do not have to have an account to shop, but there are benefits to setting up an account. When you set up an account you will make it easier on yourself next time you shop. All you will have to do is log in and shop and check out will be quick and easy.

How do I set up an account?

It’s easy! When you are ready to checkout, if you do not already have an account, click on the option New Account and fill in your information. Be sure to save your username and password, and make a note that both your username and password are case sensitive.

You can also set up an account by clicking on My Account or Login at the top of the page prior to checkout.

Can I purchase without an account?

Yes, you do have an option of Quick Checkout for a one time checkout. When you use this option you will not have access to go back in and look at your order at a later date.

An additional benefit of creating an account is that you can make a "wish list" of items you like for future reference and purchase.

Shipping & Delivery

Where can I ship orders?

We ship to all 50 states, Guam, Puerto Rico and the U.S. Virgin Islands.

What are my shipping options?

We offer ground, 2-day and 3-day shipping options. Not all shipping options are available at all locations.

When will my order ship?

Most orders leave our facility within 5 business days (Monday-Friday excluding holidays) from the receipt of the order. Because our Baskets our handmade you may experience longer delivery.

Payment Options

What are my choices for payment?

We accept Visa and Mastercard.

Billing address match for payment

Your Visa or Mastercard billing address much match the billing address on your statement. Make sure this is the address you have entered on the checkout page to process your payment. You may ship your order somewhere else, but your billing address must match.

Order Information

How can I get information on orders I have placed?

If you have set up an account you will find your Order History listed on your My Account page. This is one of the benefits of setting up an account. To get to your account, go to your Home Consultant’s website, and click on My Account or Log In link on the top section of the page.

What if I need information on an order and I don’t have an account?

Contact your Longaberger Home Consultant. You will find your Home Consultant’s contact information on the e-mail confirmation you receive.

Gift Registry

How do I set up a Gift Registry?

Setting up a Gift Registry is easy. Make sure you are on your Home Consultant’s web site. You must have an account. If you do not already have an account you will need to set one up. Once this is completed, log in to your account. Select Registry/My Wish list from the link at the top of the screen, fill in your information and save your registry. Go shopping and click Add to Registry.

Don’t forget to announce your Registry to friends and family by choosing ‘Share my Registry.’

What is a personal wish list?

A personal wish list is list containing the items you would like to have. It is not date or event driven.

How do I set up a personal wish list?

Make sure you are on your Home Consultant’s web site. You must have an account to set up a personal wish list. Log in and select Registry/My wish list from the link at the top of the screen. Verify your information, save your wish list, and then shop and click on Add to wish list.

What is the Collectors Club?

The Longaberger Collectors Club is a special group of people who love everything about Longaberger. By joining Collectors Club, you have immediate access to exclusive products, Signatures™ magazine, events and information available to members only. How do I join the Collectors Club?

Ask your Home Consultant, or click on the Collectors Club link on the left side the web site, then look for ‘One Year Collectors Club Membership’ and make your purchase.
