Design A Basket Frequently-Asked Question And Guideline On Tags
Many Home Consultants have asked us if we offer more customized tags for Design A Basket ... or if they can add their own. We have a multi-part answer.

• Design A Basket only offers six tags in two different finishes that can be added to your basket by Longaberger — Thank You, Congratulations, Welcome, Happy Anniversary, Celebrate! and Happy Holidays. If you have a suggestion for a generic greeting for a tag, e-mail info@longaberger.com and indicate "Volume Sales" in the subject line. We are currently considering additional tags.
• We are unable to rearrange the tacks to leave space for Home Consultants to add a "permanent" (or nailed-in) tag to a Design A Basket. If you do not indicate one of the six available tags, the Design A Basket(s) will be fully finished with the tacks that have been ordered.
• If you do wish to add a more personal message to a basket, adding a weave-in tag or some type of engraved tie-on, ordered by the Home Consultant independently, are your options for further customization with the Design A Basket program at this time.
• Please be aware that many organizations, especially those involved in large-scale sports teams, leagues and/or events, have their name and likenesses trademarked to prevent unauthorized use. In order to use any trademarked name and/or likenesses, you will be required to obtain a license from the organization, which usually involves paying a fee. Adding special messages, team or league names, final scores, trademarked phrases, or in any way connecting words on a basket with an organization, on a tag or tie-on without the necessary authorization from the organization will put you and your business at risk for legal action, fines and/or other stiff penalties for which Longaberger cannot be responsible. • As always, if you are creating a flyer to promote your Design A Basket, you will need to submit a sample to Career and Guideline Support for approval.
