IMPORTANT! Napa Orchard Pottery Update

Based on feedback received from the January Leader Meeting and Home Consultants who sampled the items, we are changing the Napa Orchard Dinner Plate, Soup and Salad Bowl, Lunch Plate and 9"x13" Baking Dish from a brushstroke background to a plain cream background. This is a cosmetic redesign only, as the material quality of the pottery meets our specifications. While we work through this change, you are still able to order the Napa Orchard items for your customers. Since we anticipate deliveries of these items in mid-May, it may work best to place the items on a separate order. We are committed to offering this collection through the Fall/Winter WishList and want to ensure your customers love these items and have time to complete their collections. Refer to the Backorder Report and FAQ’s for additional details and updates.

A Fresh New Look for Your Web site

We know you depend on your personal Web site to give your customers the convenience of shopping with you 24 hours a day, 7 days a week. And, we know it is important to you, and your Home Office team, that your customers’ shopping experience is positive… and ultimately leads to an order! As Tami shared at the Leadership Gathering, one of our areas of focus and investment in 2011 is in digital marketing and web enhancements.

On Monday, February 7, your myShop site will take on a fresh new experience that really is reflective of our beautiful look of Longaberger! This freshening up also provides your customers an enhanced shopping experience. These enhancements are the first step of our ongoing commitment to improve your customers’ Longaberger web experience.

While we implement these enhancements, your myShop site (including Factory Store Online and Homestead Online) and www.longaberger.com site will be unavailable Monday, February 7, from 12 a.m. to 8 a.m. Please note that www.myLongaberger.com will be available during this time.
